The Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards 2016 website has gone live and is open for entries which includes 3 new awards.

It’s the 21st year of the awards organised by Radiocentre and the 17th year running with Arqiva as the headline sponsor. The 3 new awards are the Industry Leadership Award in the People category, the Most Creative Campaign of the Year and the Most Effective Agency Case Study of the Year, both in the Advertiser/Creative category.

Darren Henley, Chief Executive of Arts Council England, is Chair of Judges for the event and the ceremony will be on Tuesday, 17th May The Roundhouse for the second year running.

The Awards categories are:

  1. People
  2. Station
  3. Programming
  4. Sales & Marketing
  5. Advertiser/Creative
  6. Special Awards

Entries close at 5pm on Friday 5th February at www.commercialradioawards.org.
