New MD appointed for Brighton’s Juice 107.2

Juice 107.2 has confirmed that Dave Alsybury has been appointed the new Managing Director at the station.

He’s spent much of his time working for stations in Ireland, including Galway and Dublin but is now looking to develop his long term career in the UK.

William Rogers, Chief Executive of UKRD said, “Dave is going to be a great asset to both Juice 107.2 and the UKRD Group. He has a range of skill sets that will become increasingly important as the next few years unfold. His knowledge of local radio, commercial and public sector, as well as his personal focus on all things digital will be a real bonus to us. At 33 and our youngest MD, he also represents a younger generation of radio professionals bringing a fresh new way of looking at the issues we face from time to time”.

Dave said, “This station is a dream job for me and I can’t wait to get started. UKRD is a great company and represents an increasingly rare opportunity to get involved at a station where local decisions are taken locally and local communities really matter”.
