Richard Park promotes Global Radio on the BBC

Global’s Group Executive Director & Director of Broadcasting Richard Park has appeared on BBC radio during the Test Match Special to talk about commercial radio.

In the half hour conversation during lunch at the Test Match Special, the former commercial radio presenter joined Jonathan Agnew for the View From The Boundary segment to discuss the cricket but also have a chat about radio.

Richard managed to plug Smooth Radio and LBC, along with Global, to listeners of Test Match Special, which is broadcast on BBC Radio 5 live Sports Extra and BBC Radio 4 Long Wave.

It all happened this morning during Day 3 coverage of South Africa v England: Second Test, in Cape Town.

We’ve clipped it for you of course, and you can hear the interesting conversation below and on our sister site RadioToday Audio.
