Two pregnancies for 5 Live breakfast team

Two members of the BBC Radio 5 Live breakfast team have announced that they are pregnant.

Presenter Rachel Burden and travel reporter, Michelle Dignan are expecting babies in the coming months. Nicky Campbell broke the news on Twitter by congratulating the pair.

Mum of three Rachel is thrilled to be able to share the experience with her work-mate Michelle and is actually picking up some tips from her. She said, “It’s great excitement for Michelle because this is her first baby and she seems to know far more about what’s going on than I do, having my fourth”.

Rachel is due to have her baby in April with Michelle following shortly after in May.
