Nation Radio collects over 4,000 Easter Eggs

Nation Radio launched their very first Easter Egg Appeal this year, with the aim of making sure no child in South Wales went without an Easter Egg.

Commercial partners Tesco and Lido Ponty helped the Nation Broadcasting station collect 4217 Easter Eggs over the last three weeks, with listeners donating an extra Easter Egg.

Nation staff spent last week delivering the eggs to a number of local charities across South Wales including Ty Hafan, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital, Morriston Hospital and many more.

Here’s what happened when Niall Foster, Nation Radio’s Big Welsh Wake Up presenter went to deliver some of the eggs to Ty Hafan, the children’s hospice in Wales.
