Roman has made a huge impact since joining us – his relationships with artists are superb, his instincts are spot on and he’s Capital through and through. I think he will make a real impact on the evening show with bags of great content and great pace.”
He continued: “Marvin’s tastemaker style is perfect for his new late show slot and he’ll bring a gravitas and presence to the late show which will work well both for him and for Capital.
