Stephanie Hirst to host Q&A in the North East

Presenter Stephanie Hirst is to host a Radio Academy North East Branch event along with a Q&A.

An Evening with Stephanie Hirst will take place at Ramside Hall Hotel, Carrville near Durham on Tuesday 10th May at 7 pm.

Radio Academy North East branch chair Brian Lister tells RadioToday: “We’ve held many popular events where personalities have told fascinating tales about their experiences in local and national radio, but none with such a unique personal story to tell.

“There will be fun as well as the usual Q&A and drinks and, to round the evening off, we will be entertained by some outstanding local talent: Beth McCarthy, a young acoustic singer-songwriter from York, who participated in the Voice UK and was on Ricky Wilson’s team, and mesmerising local singer-songwriter Olivia Kate Smith.”

Admission is free but tickets should be booked in advance here.

More details are available on the Radio Academy North East Facebook page.
