Radio presenter Kev Seed in hospital after stroke

Wirral Radio presenter Kev Seed has been taken to hospital after a stroke, but is recovering well, his brother confirms.

The former Radio City, Juice, Rock FM and Wish FM presenter has been off-air for a number of years but recently made a come-back at the community radio station on the Wirral.

Wirral Radio tweeted their best wishes to him: “WirralRadio921 send our best wishes to Kev Seed and his family after been taking ill. We look forward to Kev’s speedy return. #seedy”

Former colleague Pete Price tweeted: “I’m sorry to hear Kev Seed has had a stroke and is in hospital. I hope he makes a speedy recovery.”

Kev’s brother Dave has been tweeting updates, with the latest saying “His blood pressure has come down and scans have shown that the bleed has not worsened.”

Get well soon, Kev.
