Chief Correspondent Tom Swarbrick to leave LBC

Tom Swarbrick, Chief Correspondent & Presenter at LBC is leaving the station for a new job in Downing Street as Head of Broadcast.

He tweeted the news today, thanking the team at LBC for support and opportunities over the years.

Global’s Founder and Executive President Ashely Tabor followed it up to say “Congrats @TomSwarbrick1, well deserved. We will miss you @thisisglobal!”

LBC’s James Rea adds: “Tom has made an enormous contribution to LBC over the last five years as a rookie reporter to chief correspondent and presenter. He leaves with our huge thanks and best wishes.”

Tom previously worked at the BBC as a Producer/Presenter in Oxford, and has also worked at Mindshare as a Planner/Buyer and for Perform as a freelance football commentator.
