The new audio imaging for Weekend Breakfast with Dev and Alice on BBC Radio 1 has been produced as a collaboration between the in-house team and Contraband Media.
Lead Imaging Producer for BBC Radio 1, Matt Fisher, said he wanted weekend breakfast to be more sonically in line with its weekday counterpart with Nick Grimshaw. Contraband says a new package utilizing weekend samples was created along with bespoke music and sound design to add punch to the Top of Hour sequences.

Tom Cross from Contraband Media adds: “As a big fan of Dev & Alice’s former shows on Radio 1 it was great to be involved in their new Weekend Breakfast show. They have a great chemistry together and I’m sure this will be a huge success!”
