Programming and production company Blue Revolution is turning festive with special programmes on offer for Christmas.
And radio stations around the world have signed up for extra content including two 8-hour specials with Emma B and Pat Sharp.
Nick Pitts, Blue Revolution’s head of content, explained, “It’s not just UK stations who’ve signed up, programme directors from stations as far and wide as Denmark, the USA, Gibraltar and Oman in the Middle East, have chosen Blue Revolution as their partner for 2009 holiday programming.”
Speaking exclusively to Radio Today Nick said: "As stations everywhere tighten their budgets, it’s a case of cutting costs without compromising quality. Our range of shows allow stations to utilise hosts that have a proven track record and are also great for attracting local sponsorship revenue."
This year’s shows include two 8-hour specials: ’99 From The Noughties With Emma B’ and ‘Pat Sharp’s New Year’s Vibe’, together with ‘Christmas Day With Santa’ and a festive version of ‘Totally 80s With Gary King’.
