Through the day’s events all stations will attempt to raise as much money as possible for ‘Help For Heroes’. The charity is looking to set-up a network of recovery centres across the UK, providing support for Britain’s wounded soldiers.
Tarrant’s show will include interviews with Spandau Ballet and X-Factor judge, Simon Cowell, and will be heard on Real Radio, Smooth Radio and Rock Radio.
Tarrant said: "Help for Heroes is a great charity doing a great job to help our injured service personnel; and an excuse to team up with the guys at GMG to have some fun on the radio again."
