Trent FM's morning presenters Twiggy and Emma are starting a fit club, which will lead towards a Family 5K run for charity.
The event is aiming to raise money for CLIC Sargent and will take place at Victoria Embankment on March the 29th.
They want people to register to take part in the run and in preparation meet at regular spots to join in the club spirit – Offering the chance to meet Twiggy for a brisk walk in the park on a Sunday, or join Emma at a salsa class in a local leisure centre.
Twiggy said: 'Its all about getting off your backside and getting yourself moving. Put the pie down and get on our website."
