Jerry Springer quits radio

Former TV chat show host Jerry Springer has quit his daily radio show in America after a two year run. His last show will be this Friday, which is currently syndicated on around 25 radio stations from WSAI-AM in Cincinnati. At its peak, the show aired on over 50 stations.

Springer told the Cincinnati Enquirer "These things are not going to come around again, particularly at my age, so I might as well take advantage of them."

"Radio is a full-time job, and I just couldn't do it," he said.
