Emap's Radio Forth is celebrating this week not only for receiving a nomination in the Radio Academy Promotions and Marketing awards, but the station also gained a double nomination in the year's Jerusalem Radio Awards for two separate programmes.
The nomination for the Best Street Marketing category at the Radio Academy’s Promotions & Marketing Awards is for the Boogie in the Morning Flashdance video.
The ‘Return of the Flashdance’ viral can be viewed at Forthone.com and was viewed by over 20,000 people in the first week. It was inspired by Boogie and Jill McLaren on Forth One’s breakfast and produced by Darren Adam. The Video was one of the top 20 watched comedy videos worldwide – across all of YouTube — on the day of the event.
