It’s an 80s Revolution

Blue Revolution, the UK’s leading independent production & syndication company, is pleased to announce that more stations than ever have signed up to carry it’s weekly ‘Totally 80s’ radio show hosted by former Radio 1 & Virgin DJ Gary King.

During the last six months the network has increased to 18 stations with recent additions being Energy FM (Isle of Man), Classic Hits (Hereford & Worcester), 107.4 Telford FM (Telford, Shropshire) and 107.2 The Wyre (Kidderminster & the surrounding area).

Paul Hollins, Blue Revolution’s Managing Director told, “Over the last few months we’ve been working hard to make Totally 80s sound fresher and more exciting. We’ve added contemporary features such as the ’80s Mash Up’ and ‘Total Recall’, so it’s great to see more and more stations coming on-board.”

Pete Wagstaff, Managing Director Telford FM and 107.2 The Wyre commented, “We are really keen to get the show on air. Totally 80s is ‘totally great’ for our core market and we’ll be running the show over the weekend. Furthermore, having someone of Gary King?s calibre hosting the show is another bonus for stations such as ours. In fact, I can’t really think why it took us so long to start airing the show!”

Totally 80s host Gary King said, “I’m really delighted to be a part of the weekend schedule on so many great stations. The show is constantly evolving to make sure it fits the lifestyle of our listeners who remember the 80s as the best time of their lives.”

Totally 80s is produced weekly by Blue Revolution and provided to stations free-of-charge. For further information please contact Blue Revolution on 0870 070 2583 or visit
