Ofcom have published a list of RSL applications for broadcasting during Ramadan and Eid in 2006 on their website. The list simply details the applications that Ofcom has received but is not a list of applicants that will be offered a licence.
Where more than one application has been received for an area, and they each fulfil the requirements set out in Ofcom’s notes for applicants, they willl put these into a draw to decide which group should be awarded a licence.
