Express FM presenters get fit

Portsmouth community radio station Express FM 93.7 are joining forces with Fitness First to help fast food eating presenters Stuart Southwell, Andy Shepherd, Kevin Huffer and Lee Kewell into a much more healthier way of life. They hope the eight week program will help the boys get in shape.

The aim is to embark illustrate to local people that being fit and healthy can be fun. They’ll tackle both the physical and mental aspects of a healthier life style, demonstrating the benefits of a balanced diet, regular exercise and a positive mental attitude.

Their goals will be reached by pulling together a wealth of expertise coupled with determination and a desire to succeed. Freelance Health and well being expert Alyssa Abbey and Nutritionist Natalie Gott will whip the boys into shape over the next two months.

Good luck guys!
