Hull's new radio station KCFM has appointed First Radio Sales as its national sales representation company. The station launched at the beginning of August to a potential audience of 420,000 people in Hull and East Yorkshire.
Sam Brennan, Sales Director of KCFM comments “We’re delighted to be working with the FRS team; We believe that our station is already developing significant audiences that will be of interest to national advertisers.”
Neil Webster, Managing Director of FRS adds “We approached the KCFM team as soon as we heard they had won this hugely important licence. We already represent 22 radio stations in the Yorkshire/Tyne Tees ITV region who reach over 1.1 million people each week. The addition of KCFM will improve our attractiveness to national advertisers who include Ford, Vodafone, COI and Morrison’s. We’re really looking forward to working with the KCFM team.”
