BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe has been awarded Best Radio Show at the Shockwaves NME Awards 2008 last night in London, beating his colleagues at Radio 1 and Radio 2.
Zane won the award after fighting off competition from BBC Radio 2's Russell Brand and Radio 1's Chris Moyles, Colin Murray and Jo Whiley.
