Clyde 1 wins Music Week Award

Bauer Radio's 102.5 Clyde 1 has won the best regional radio station of the year of the Music Week Awards. BBC Radio 2 also picked up the national station of the year award.

The award ceremony, which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, was hosted by actor James Nesbitt and recognised just two radio stations which were thought to promote the music industry at its best.
The shortlist for regional radio station were Radio Norwich, Heart 106.2, Xfm London and Xfm Manchester. National contenders were BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music and Xfm.
