Those BBC staff making the move to the BBC's new home in the north may be interested to hear the first residential apartments in the heart of Media City have been released for sale this week.
The Heart @ MediaCity consists of 178 apartments and will be ready six months before the planned move at the start of 2011.
Prices start from £125,000 for a studio to £340,000 for a penthouse and are now on [link=http://www.theheartofmanchester.co.uk/]sale[/link].
Whilst the BBC will be key tenants, mediacity:uk will create seven million sq ft of new and refurbished floor space for business, retail and residential property, and employment for over 15,000 people. mediacity:uk will be the new home of five London-based BBC departments, including two television channels and two national radio networks.
