AOL Radio to launch on iPhone

Over 200 radio stations streamed by AOL are to become available on the iPhone and iPod Touch next month with the launch of a new application.

The internet giant recently teamed with CBS and now they are joining forces with Apple to make stations such as WFAN New York and 1010 WINS available to iPhone users.
The development comes as Apple release a new 3G version of the device, but still [link=https://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.3480.2]failed[/link] to include any type of traditional receiver.
GCap Media launched a similar application in [link=https://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.3034.3]February[/link] which made available, for the first time, streaming radio via the iPhone.
In [link=https://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.3269.2]April[/link], Amercia's AccuRadio partnered with FlyTunes to create an interface for the iPhone and iPod Touch to enable over 320 channels to stream to the wi-fi enabled devices.
