Steve Penk's 96.2 Revolution Radio has created a key new position of Commercial Director for the station.
Danny Holborn has been appointed to fill the new position with immediate effect. He joins from TLRC where he was North West regional sales consultant.
He started his career nineteen years ago at Key 103 in field sales where he first worked alongside Penk. Since then Danny has worked in management roles in local, regional and national radio.
Steve Penk says he is delighted to have been able to recruit someone of Danny’s calibre; “There’s just so much going on here now that we had to raise the game and bring a ‘big hitter’ in to drive all our plans forward. We’ve known Danny for years and it’s wonderful to welcome him to the team”.
Commenting on his appointment Danny Holborn said: “Steve’s re invented The Revolution and the progress that’s already been made is awesome.
