Xfm goes in search of the best

Xfm is launching a new worldwide listener poll to find the "World’s Best Song of All Time", and countdown them down from 100 to 1 on the upcoming Bank Holiday Monday.

The poll comes after Xfm’s ‘Best British Song of All Time’ vote – a listener driven countdown of the best songs from British artists, which saw Oasis dominate the Top 10 winning the top three places with Wonderwall, Don't Look Back in Anger and Live Forever.

Voting will be open between Monday 17th August and 26th August, with Xfm inviting listeners to vote for their top three favourite songs of all time online at the Xfm website.

The Global Radio station is teaming up with radio stations from around the world, including KROQ (Los Angeles) and Triple J (Sydney) to ensure a worldwide overview.
