Trent FM is making some programme changes for the spring, which will see presenter Mark Dennison leave the market leading station after 13 years.
Local talent Chris Birks will join from Mansfield 103.2 to present overnights and complete the refreshed line-up, which starts on the 29th of March.
To make way for Chris, Steffan is moving from The Late Show to replace Mark Dennison between 10am and 1pm, Steve Reed will move earlier in the schedule from overnights to replace Steffan.
Dick Stone, Trent FM’s Programme Director said, “It’s a Spring Clean … it gives us a great chance to refresh and evolve whilst maintaining the lead we have with presenters known to our listeners. Our new presenter, Chris Birks is a guy I have been keeping an eye on for some time and I’m delighted we can bring fresh local talent into Trent FM. He is a talented presenter with a big future”.
