Town and Country Broadcasting presenter Jay Curtis has become the voice of a global marketing television campaign to encourage more visitors to Wales.
The commercial called ‘Golf As It Should Be’, represents Wales’ positioning on golf, and will be shown throughout the world in countries ranging from the US to Asia.
Jay started his radio career at Neath Port Talbot’s Afan FM, before later becoming the Breakfast Presenter on Swansea Bay Radio. Since then he’s appeared on BBC Casualty, Dr Who, and also had a role in long running Welsh Drama Pobyl y Cwm.
Jay said “It’s extremely humbling to become the official voice of Wales. The advert shows off our country at its very best and I’m sure that the fantastic scenes will entice as many people as possible to come and visit our lovely country.”
