DAB radio station to launch serving Gloucestershire

Glow Radio – a new station playing hit music is launching in Gloucester on August 1st on DAB.

The station will be aimed at 15- 35 age group, with presenters playing a mix of current hits and 90s dance anthems.

Tom Ellis is a Director of Glow Radio, and he tells RadioToday: “This is an exciting time for Gloucestershire. We can’t wait to start broadcasting to the region and provide the area with a much-needed service. Not only will we be a fresh new station to tune in to, it’s also a great platform for local businesses to get their messages across.

“Glow Radio will also create opportunities for talented local people who share our passion for radio. Overall, Glow Radio will have a hugely positive effect on the area.”

Glow Radio launches on 1 st of August at 6.30am and will continue to broadcast 24 hours a day.
