Commercial Radio to unite again

It started with UK Radio Aid, and continued with UK Leaders Live and Live8. And once again the UK Commercial Radio network is set to take on the BBC by launching British Music Week.

British Music Week will promote British music across the network in May 2006 with a week long promotion concluding in a full day of network broadcasting hosted by some of the greatest British bands.

The event is designed to promote commercial radio along side current and up-and-coming British bands.
