Real Radio weekend presenter Kieron Elliott is to head up the on-air team at 96.3 Rock Radio, presenting the breakfast show.
The TV star hosted ITV’s ‘Wish You Were Here’ recently and presented on Channel 5’s ‘Night Fever’.
For Kieron, this is a great move: “This is a dream come true. Not only to be moving back to Scotland but to be working on a station that plays exactly the music I listen to all day is great. It's going to be like my own personal ipod track list but I get to introduce them. I genuinely can't wait. These are very exciting times”.
96.3 Rock Radio’s Programme Director, Jay Crawford said: “Yes Kieron is a real all rounder but he seems to excel at everything he turns his hand to. I have no doubt that he is the perfect man for the job. Over the next few weeks we hope to announce other key presenters who will join Kieron on the weekday schedule. As Kieron said, these are very exciting times”.
