Applications to run the new DAB digital multiplex in Northamptonshire have been invited by Ofcom. It will serve a potential audience of 500,000 adults, and the applications fee is a non-refundable £5,000. The closing date is 3.00pm on 3 July 2007.
BBC Radio Northampton will automatically gain a place on the multiplex. The licence will be issued for a twelve-year period. All applications for this licence will be published on the Ofcom website as soon as possible after the closing date.
