Freelancer gets a new gig

Good luck to Chester's Dee 106.3 presenter Mark Blackman who is moving full time to present drivetime at 107.1 Rugby FM. Mark has worked at Dee for 4 years presenting and producing, and has previously worked freelance for TLRC, CN and UTV Radio/
