South West London station Radio Jackie is the only company to submit a declaration of intent for the Kingston-Upon-Thames FM commercial radio licence. But under Ofcom guidelines, they will still need to re-apply for their own licence, albeit under a 'fast-track' procedure.
If Jackie is successful in their application, their licence will be extended till December 31st 2015.
