Planet Rock has produced an hour long special on one of music's most epic albums. "Building the Wall" will broadcast on Bank Holiday Monday at 7pm.
Pink Floyd’s The Wall album produced classic songs such as Another Brick in the Wall, In the Flesh and the monumental Comfortably Numb, voted by Planet Rock listeners to have the greatest guitar solo of all time.
The album was noted for its album artwork and stage imagery. In Building the Wall, artist Gerald Scarfe discusses his designs for the album, stage show and film as well his time working with Pink Floyd.
The special also includes contributions from the band members.
