Global Radio's group programme director positions for Heart and Galaxy have been announced, along with a new group head of news.
Heart Midlands PD Luis Clark will be responsible for spreading the Heart brand across dozens of stations, Mike Cass will handle the expanding Galaxy network, and LBC programme director Jonathan Richards now takes up his new position as head of news for Global Radio.
Meanwhile, the studio re-development at Leicester Square, currently home to Capital FM, Gold, Choice, Xfm, Fun Radio and Classic FM, is 'well advanced' – with Heart moving in ready for first transmission on November 26th, and LBC will follow on December 9th.
Richard Park said: "These appointments complete the senior posts in programming, and will simplify the programming management structure for the Group. There's a lot of work to do, but we now have the right team in place to lead this process."
Elsewhere in the Global empire, Galaxy Scotland will launch on the 8th of November, followed by Galaxy in Hampshire on November 22nd.
