Comedian Neil Fitzmaurice, most recognisable from his role in Phoenix Nights, has signed up to present the drive time show on Liverpool’s Radio City; he starts his new slot on Monday.
Neil, 39, is an actor, comedian and writer and is now turning his hand to presenting. Most recently he’s presented numerous shows on Radio City’s sister station, City Talk 105.9FM and will continue to host his Saturday morning show there as well as broadcasting at Radio City.
Neil said: “I’m really excited about the new show. Radio is something that I’ve always been interested in doing, and Liverpool is my hometown, I love the area so this opportunity is perfect.”
