Switchdigital’s got it covered

Switchdigital London, owner of the London II Dab multiplex, has today announced a proposal to enhance its coverage of the Greater London area, enabling its services to be heard by half a million more listeners.

The company has reached an agreement with Ofcom to increase power at five of its transmitters by the 16th February, enhancing the multiplex’s existing coverage and delivering its services to 520,000 more adults within Greater London.
Piers Collins at Switchdigital London, commented: “The Government has highlighted that DAB is the digital radio platform of choice, and that multiplex operators need to work with service providers to enhance coverage.
