A live BBC broadcast from The London Mela took place this weekend, with coverage provided by the Asian Network.
Presenters Adil Ray, Jas Rao, Noreen and Murtz fronted the event at Gunnersbury Park in Ealing yesterday, as they introduced some of the biggest names in British Asian music including Navin Kundra, Des-C and Amar.
The Asian Network's Mix Tent featured many artists including Panjabi Hit Squad; DJ Kayper Sonny Ji; Ameet Chana; Nerm; Dipps; Kan D Man; and Limelight.
For the first time this year, the station also hosted a live web cast online.
