Real gains a Monopoly place

Real Radio in Yorkshire is offering listeners the chance to win their street featured on the new Leeds Monopoly game.

Votes for the design of the new regional board have attracted thousands of public nominations since being announced earlier this year. Local landmarks will fill all but one of the customised streets which has now been reserved for a residential street, of a Real Radio listener.
Ricky Durkin, Real Radio Programme Director, says: “We are delighted not only to have our own space on this iconic game, but to give our listeners the chance to win a space too named after a Leeds street that they know. It may be their own, a friends, relatives or even a workplace. This is truly a money can’t buy prize”.
"It's the very first time we have done something this unique on our regional boards," added MONOPOLY promoter Graham Barnes. “We would like to thank the public for its fantastic input so far, without their suggestions this edition would not be possible, and working with Real Radio has added an extra winning element which is really fun," adds Graham.
