President Obama calls radio show

More news from America this week as US President Barack Obama made a phone call to a radio talk show, identifying himself as Barry from D.C.
The station and presenter were in on the surprise, which was aimed at the studio guest Tim Kaine, the outgoing Virginia Governor.

Whist on the phone to the station, WTOP in Washington, Barack Obama jokingly told the Governor he had complaints about northern Virginia's traffic. He then thanked Kaine for his service as governor and wished his family all the best during the Christmas season.
“Governor Kaine, this is actually the president of the United States calling,” Mr Obama said. “No. Oh, my gosh,” Mr Kaine said with a laugh.
