Cridland joins audioBoo team

Former BBC Radio Head of Future Media and Technology James Cridland has joined audioBoo as a special adviser.

James, fresh from his world tour, will help audioBoo develop a new Pro service aimed at media companies and radio stations.

Mark Rock, the company’s founder and CEO told the [link=http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/news/7244260/Audioboo-hires-BBC-expert.html]Telegraph[/link] that Cridland’s appointment would “mean we will be able to develop for the radio needs of the future, rather than just the present."

James left his former job at the BBC last August [link=https://radiotoday.co.uk/news.php?extend.5092]announcing[/link] he would be travelling the world and then "popping up" again somewhere in the spring.
