Global Radio's sponsorship, promotions and interactive director in Manchester is joining UTV Radio for the same role, but covering the entire group.
Nicola Cameron will work with the existing sponsorship teams to help grow business locally.
She'll also drive more client direct group deals and to work closely with First Radio Sales at a regional and national level to improve revenue streams.
The change of jobs re-unites her with former GMG Radio sales director Julian Carter, with whom Nicola worked with during her previous position as group head of interactive at GMG Radio.
On recruiting Cameron to the business, Carter said: “Nicola brings with her a wealth of knowledge and insight which will be invaluable as we continue to develop UTV Media (GB). Her experience in working closely with clients to develop solutions across several brands and platforms will add strength to the team as we enhance our cross media proposition.”
