Fans of Global Radio running Apple's latest iPhone operating software iOS4 are unable to make use of apps for stations such as Heart, Galaxy and Gold.
It turns out the apps aren't compatible, which has lead to a series of complaints in the Apple store.
Global Radio is aware of the problem, and have apologised for the inconvenience.
On the review area for the Heart app, comments such as "Listened to it every morning until I got iOS4" and "Great app but now crashes in iOS4"
A Global Radio spokesperson told RadioToday.co.uk: "We are currently awaiting Apple's approval on the new apps for iOS4 which is causing a minor delay to the service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
