Former Magic 105.4 and Capital FM presenter Neil Fox has been charged with nine sex offences involving six people, of whom three were allegedly juveniles at the time.
The Metropolitan Police has announced the 53-year-old is alleged to have carried out the attacks between 1991 and last year. He will be charged with one count of indecent assault on a female aged under 14 and two counts of indecent assault on a female aged under 16.
These offences are alleged to have taken place between 1991-1996 and relate to three separate victims who were juveniles at the time of the alleged offences. Neil was working at Capital FM at the time and hosting the Pepsi Chart show.

Mr Fox’s lawyers said he “categorically denies each and every allegation that has been made against him”.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said Mr Fox would appear on bail at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 16 April where the charges would be put to him.
Neil Fox remains off-air at Bauer’s Magic Radio where he was arrested in September 2014. A spokesperson for Bauer told RadioToday: “Bauer is reviewing the latest information we have. Since police charges have been brought on this matter we are unable to comment at this time”.
