“Everyone” wins Gold at the BBC Radio Awards

The annual BBC Radio Awards took place at the Radio Theatre last night in London, hosted by Asian Network presenter Tommy Sandhu.

The private internal event is designed to celebrate the creativity of BBC people and content, and the Gold Award ended up being awarded to everyone in BBC Radio. Other winners included Radio 1, 1Xtra, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 3, BBC Radio 4 and 5 live.
