Cool FM freelance weekend presenter Andy Baird has been suspended following some social media posts on his personal account.
Bauer Media tells RadioToday: “His views and opinions on social media are his own and not representative of Bauer Media.
“At the present time, Andy will not be presenting his show while we look into this.”
The tweets, according to the Belfast Telegraph, were about Donald Trump and the Clap for Carers events.
Andy usually hosts the Sunday morning breakfast show on Cool FM and covers programmes on Cool and Downtown.
