Global’s PopBuzz site is creating a pop biography podcast of girl group Little Mix.
The Power of Little Mix will mark the 10-year anniversary of Little Mix and celebrate the achievements of one of the biggest girl groups of all time, exclusively for Global Player.
Presented by PopBuzz’s content editor Sam Prance, who said: “It’s ten years since Little Mix burst onto the scene, breaking The X Factor girl band curse and I am proud to say I have been a Mixer from day one.
“Each episode will focus on a different two-year period of Little Mix’s career, from the moment they were formed on The X Factor in 2011 to their historic BRITs win this year. Because here at PopBuzz we are all about the fans, we’ll have a Little Mix hotline too so fans can send in messages about their favourite Little Mix moments and open up about what the band means to them.”
Little Mix said: “It’s been so fun to relive our Little Mix journey with PopBuzz on this podcast, so much has happened in the last decade! We hope everyone enjoys listening to it as much as we did recording it!”
Launching on 11 October The Power of Little Mix will be available to listen to for free exclusively on Global Player.
