Capital’s Summertime Ball and Jingle Bell Ball will be showcased on ITV in a new deal between Global and ITV.
The 90 minute entertainment specials will broadcast highlights from the two events.
Hosted by Capital Breakfast’s Roman Kemp, Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard will see artists including Lewis Capaldi, Jonas Brothers, Niall Horan, Anne-Marie, RAYE and Calvin Harris descend on London’s Wembley Stadium on Sunday 11 June 2023 playing to 80,000 Capital fans.
And Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard will return to The O2 in London later this year.
The 90 minute TV specials are commissioned for ITV by Katie Rawcliffe, Head of Entertainment Commissioning, ITV and Louise Major, Commissioning Editor, Entertainment, ITV.
They are filmed and produced by Global’s production team. Global Founder Ashley Tabor-King OBE is Executive Producer, Elizabeth Honan is Creative Director, Dave Skinner is the Director, and Carl Trumpess is Producer.
