Heart overnight presenter Simon Beale is set to replace Roberto as presenter of Breakfast on Heart 80s.
The news was announced by Simon on social media, with the long-serving Heart presenter saying he was so excited about waking up the UK with the most feelgood decade of them all.
He said: “After 18 years hosting late nights on Heart, my bedtime is about to become my show time!”
Simon has recently been covering the breakfast show on Heart decade stations.
Roberto, who has hosted the show since the station launched, will be staying on doing cover work around the Global stations.
Heart overnights will have a new presenter to be announced in the new year.
