Sir Tim Rice will consider the ten pivotal moments in the story of ABBA in a special programme on Boom Radio.
Following a Boom Radio listener vote to find the Ultimate Abba Song, this programme will include the release of their first Greatest Hits album, the groundbreaking association with UNICEF that gave us the single Chiquitita in 1979, the first performance of Mamma Mia! in the West End in 1999, and the arrival of ABBA Voyage in London in 2022.
There will be interviews with ABBA, album tracks, live recordings and some of the key songs from their catalogue.
ABBA – The 50 Year Voyage airs on Sunday 7th April at 9.00pm, with a repeat on Thursday 11th April at 9.00 pm.
